Assignment Overview
As an I/O psychology professional, learning the importance of specific traits of effective leaders is key to organizational performance. In fact, organizational success is the result of leaders who have deepened self-awareness that drives how they lead and motivate their followers. In this assignment, you will conduct a self-assessment using the Big Five personality profile to evaluate and reflect on the extent of your leadership attributes and traits and determine what to improve upon.

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
1. Leadership Style: Explain which questions from the Big Five personality profile point to attributes of your leadership style. Consider the following in your response:
A. What leadership attributes are the questions asking about?
B. What is your rationale for linking specific questions with leadership style attributes?
C. What are the key attributes of the different leadership styles?
2. Motivation to Lead: Explain how motivation to lead ties directly to your leadership style.
