Describe the tool or tools you selected, including what they assess, when they are most appropriate to use, and their strengths and limitations for different populations, such as women, older adults, or people with co-occurring disorders. Reflect on how you would introduce and use these tools in a culturally responsive and trauma informed way, and how the information gathered would shape your next steps in care.
