Unit 3- Environmental Safety Management systems PP Presentation

Assume your organization (or an organization with which you are familiar) subscribes to no formal quality, environmental, or safety management system. As the quality, environmental, health, and safety policy (QEHS) manager, you have been asked to develop a presentation to upper management to justify the need for an integrated management system approach. Your presentation should include the following elements: the reasons why they should adapt an integrated standard approach (International Organization for Standardization [ISO] 9001, 14001, 45001), an explanation of how a global system of management system standards will improve the organization, an explanation of the role of top leadership in this process, and the case made for the organization’s formal implementation of a management system to address the requirements of the three standards. Please note: At this point, you are not suggesting certification. We will save that for another assignment. Your completed presentation should be a minimum of seven slides in length and include additional title and reference slides. Include speaker notes to fully explain your ideas on each slide. You are required to use at least two outside sources. One of which may be the textbook. Feel free to use graphics as needed. Note- Please use pictures and graphics
