Within the last month, you have received several inquiries from forward-thinking companies who are curious about how they can institute more wellness programs in their businesses. There is consensus among them that if they were able to first educate their leadership team and HR department about some of the benefits of a workplace art program, some of these ideas may automatically filter through the chain of command.

You offer to inspire these decision-makers in creative ways by helping them visualize workplace-based aesthetic experiences—such as color choices, floor plan, and workspace design, rotating art displays, art-making zones, or creative team-building workshops — can improve employee wellbeing, morale, and innovation.
