Is Romeo and Juliet a comedy or a tragedy (in the ways that we’ve been considering these terms in the course materials this week)?
To make this interesting, provide a couple of supporting examples/reasons of why you think what you do from what’s commonly called “the balcony scene”. To make this even more interesting, here are three different versions of that scene to watch (the one from the movie adaptations and that exact scene in the play) and consider as you mull over your response.
