Module 8 Assignment: Capstone Portfolio. In this assignment, you will show what progress you have made in meeting the learning outcomes for the Organizational Leadership degree.

Portfolio Components
For each of the four ORGL degree outcomes, provide the following:
- Two artifacts attesting to your mastery of the outcome
- Citation for each artifact
- Rationale for each artifact: how/why the artifact demonstrates your mastery of the outcome
Then, provide an overarching conclusion (a few paragraphs) synthesizing what you have learned throughout your academic career (not just in the ORGL courses).
Formatting Expectations
Your portfolio should be created in PowerPoint and then submitted as either a PowerPoint or PDF.
Your portfolio should contain the following sections:
- Title page/slide (with an appropriate title, your name, ORGL 4690, and the date)
- 10-14 pages/slides containing artifacts and their rationales
- Conclusion
- References page/slide (if citations do not accompany the artifacts; see Writing Skills and Citations for assistance)
Use consistent formatting. Strive for well-organized, professionally written work. Graphics should be relevant to the content.
Grading Standard: 130 points, scored according to the Module 8 Assignment: Capstone Portfolio Rubric.
