This Project addresses the following module outcomes: • Synthesize cases to articulate a correct rule of law. • Apply precedent to solve a legal issue. • Assess strengths and weaknesses of a client’s potential claim. • Use rules of ethics in legal writing. • Predict an outcome of a legal issue. • Use correct Bluebook citation format. It also addresses the following Course Outcomes: 1: Write in a clear, concise, organized, professional manner appropriate to audience and circumstances. 2: Write objective documents used in legal practice. 3: Research a legal problem. 5: Analyze fact patterns to explain the arguments parties would likely make regarding potential legal claims/charges and defenses. 6: Apply ethical standards for legal professionals to strategy and communications. Interact with others in a professional manner using appropriate communication and presentation skills.
