Master N is a former 29-week gestation infant and now is 38 weeks gestations. She has intubation for 2 weeks due to sepsis and prematurity along with cardiac lesions. She is unable to feed via bottle. The neonatal nurse practitioner (NNP) has assigned the case and identify the single barrier that affects the discharge of the patient is the inability to obtain all necessary fluids via a bottle but the patents are not interested in placing a gastrostomy tube
