When I’m at work I come in contact with a lot of different people throughout the day. While at work I don’t talk to my coworkers the way I would talk to my friends. In today’s world, people are easily offended and require being spoken to a certain way. I have been working on getting better at using this because of my position outside of the military. An example where I use inclusive language is when I’m at work. being in a management role, you have to learn to speak to certain individuals differently than others, so you have to learn how to maneuver through some language barriers and or personal preferences on how to speak to people.
