Part 2: Prepare a brief information sheet on the child of your choice. You can create a profile based on a child that you know and have observed or you can make up a profile based on developmental milestones that are age appropriate. Complete a brief write-up of the child’s progress. Use this form Download Use this form to complete the profile (please download the form, type up the profile, save it and upload it to Canvas).
Part 3: Using the information presented on Canvas on how to conduct a parent conference and the information in the profile you created, prepare a script for a 15-minute conference. Include what you as the teacher would say, and how the hypothetical parent might respond. Your conference is based on the “hypothetical child” you wrote a profile for in part 2.
