  • Identify the risk and protective factors that have influenced the individual’s life course. Explain how or why these factors have influenced the individual. Include at least one reference to a relevant source that is not on the syllabus for this course, properly integrated and cited according to APA format rules. (Expected length 1-2 pages) 4 pts.
  • How has this person demonstrated resilience throughout their lifecycle? Discuss how this person changed as a result of trauma, either post-traumatic growth or lack thereof. Include at least one reference to a relevant source that is not on the syllabus for this course, properly integrated and cited according to APA format rules. (Expected length 1 – 2 pages) 4 pts.
  • Consult the literature regarding the individual’s race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, any issues the individual may have had to face, etc. All articles cited for this assignment MUST be from peer-reviewed professional journals) in your discussion. A minimum of four (4) references from peer-reviewed journal articles are required. In addition, you may use government websites for data/statistics.
