For this discussion, you will discuss the following:
Explain how to conduct an appraisal feedback interview for an employee who reports to you. You can use a “real” employee or “make up” an employee, their position, and how’d you complete the task.
Include the following in your explanation:
The reasons to conduct an appraisal interview,
The process of conducting an appraisal interview, and
Describe a performance appraisal discussion you may or may not have had with an employee who reports to you. Include at least three examples of:
what a supervisor may or may not say to an employee during the appraisal interview.
what an employee may or may not say to a supervisor during the appraisal interview.
