A little bit of background information, Cadets are ROTC students who are not quite in the military yet, but want to pursue a career in a branch of service after graduating from their university. Once we graduate, we will be placed into leadership positions in the military where we will be in charge of 40+ men/women. The book I chose is “Leaders Eat Last” by Simon Sinek.
