You can not use JavaFX .
You can not use Scene Builder
you can not use FXML
you can not use absoulte layout
you can add/delete component and windows but change the general look of them only if you think its better
you can only use what is in the slides and the book
for the files the program should store all of the user information
in the last window (checkout) if the user clicks on pay the total amount of his order should be collect it,and if the user clicks on (order information) his order information should be read from the file
