For this project, you will have two components:
1. A creative component that represents some aspect of one of the play-
Examples-
· A CD cover you make that has artwork and lists five or six songs related to a theme, tone, or other elements from the play (You will have to upload the CD cover by taking a picture when you are finished or design it or uploading a file (pdf, .doc, or .docx). It must be in a format I can open.
· A mock-quilt that has images to represent symbolism (Again, you will need photographs)
· A Prezi or PowerPoint that explores one of the elements from the play (symbol, theme, one specific character’s development….)
· A poster you design based on the key focus of your reflection paper.
2. A short 500 word response that explores the elements you chose to use in your creative portion, why and how you chose it, and why it is significant to the time it was performed. Moreover, you should have textual evidence and explain the connection to your choice and the significance of the passage. You should use MLA format and have an introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusions. You can explore character, theme, setting… You can use one of the discussion questions either on discussion board or from the text book as a spring board if you like.
Your reflection will be graded on clarity in your response, the evidence you provide for your choices, and your explanation.
Your creative component will be graded on creativity, organization, and a clear connection to the play.
