2. In a one to two-page executive memo, identify at least three (3) customer or client concerns/issues that may negatively impact the digital transformation ( i.e., using AI to improve services).
3. Provide a resolution to address each concern or issue.
4. Discuss how artificial intelligence can help manage the customer experience.
5. Include credible sources to support each resolution.
