Identify concerns you may have with yourself- presentation in a resume, cover letter, or interview process. Explain these concerns and devise some ideas about how to address them. For example, you may be concerned that you have been out of the workforce for a while and how to present this. You may be concerned that you do not have direct experience for the job that you are seeking, or there may be an interview question that you anticipate, but don’t know how to respond. If you have previous interview experience, share details about unexpected challenges or questions that arose, how you handled them at the time and if you would respond differently today given your current knowledge and/or experience.
