Scott Rae mentioned "an ethic of love." There are "3 R's" (Respect, Relationship, and Responsibility) that comprise this Christian principle. How might you apply these 3-R's to inform your role in healthcare administration? Consider your interactions with staff and administration, as well as patients, in your response. Understand that "love" is more than just feelings or emotions.
