PART 1: PEER-REVIEW ACADEMIC RESEARCH JOURNAL-MINDFULNESS & MEDITATIVE TECHNIQUES
- The peer-reviewed journal article:The student will read the article posted below and write a brief literature review for an academic research study including the following components:
- Write Summary: Identify the findings- The student will summarize the study including the topic of the research, key research information, and the conclusions.
- Write Thoughts: Personal Analysis, Evaluation, and Explanation- The student will analyze, evaluate, and based on the new information, explain their past experiences to determine how they could have/should have implemented techniques/information to advance their subjective well-being with more positive outcomes either professionally, personally or both. (Professionally: includes school, an internship, or a job. Personally: includes inter/intrapersonal relationships)
