Currently taking medications Metformin 500mg bd, Lantus 18 units mane, Trusopt 20mg/ml Rt eye, sertraline 100mg Daily and PRN medications Movicol mane for constipation. 1. If their bgl is 8.2 mmol/L, what should we do before administering lantus.? 2. what will happen to the after administering Lantus and does she required to take metformin after lantus? 3. What should we administer before meal, lantus or metformin? 4. Do we need to administer metformin if the patient’s bgl came down to 2.3 mmol/l after lantus?
