1. Find 2 articles describing how SMART goals/objectives are used: what are they, how are they used, and why they can be a useful tool. Summarize content of each article by writing a summary paragraph for each. In this step you do not write SMART goals for your Capstone Project yet!
2. Next, select 3 peer reviewed articles published within the last 5 years that address your chosen topic for your Capstone Project. You will use these to cite your Capstone Project goals/objectives. A table is provided in the assignment document for your use.
3. Lastly, create 3 goals/objectives in SMART format for your Capstone Project. This is where you create/write your Capstone Project specific SMART goals.
