Scenario
In this project, you are a contracted industrial/organizational psychologist (I/OP) consultant for ChipFlare, a nationally recognized organization that manufactures microchips. The company has been experiencing a lack of clarity around roles, accountability, and commitment, which is why they hired you to help identify why these problems are occurring within the organization.
You are tasked with reviewing ChipFlare’s organizational background information (organizational documentation, performance evaluations, and job satisfaction data) and creating a report that shows the current state of the organization. Additionally, you will recommend next steps for gathering more information.

To complete this project, you must submit the following:
Background Information Report
Submit your completed background information report as a 4- to 5-page Microsoft Word document with 12-point Times New Roman font, double spacing, and one-inch margins. The title page and references page are not included in this total. Follow APA citation guidelines when citing sources both throughout and at the end of your paper.
