Complete your company analysis by pulling together information from the previous six project components into a final PowerPoint presentation. Remember that your presentation is intended for a board of directors that is considering buying the company. Summarize what you have learned about the company from your research. Keep in mind the concepts presented in the textbook as you develop your presentation. You should include a summary sheet as a handout that describes the company and the way it does business. In your presentation, assess whether this is a company worth buying. The outline of your PowerPoint presentation can work very well for this page. Submit your summary sheet and PowerPoint presentation as an attachment in the assignment area. The company is listed below

Since opening our doors in 2016, For Hire Management Services, Inc. (FHMS) have leased professional operators to transportation companies, that require commercial drivers (CDL) with a class B license, a way out of profit killing practices such as farming or outsourcing jobs when in-house equipment is available, and turning down work because drivers are not available. All of our CDL drivers have a P (passenger) endorsement and are DOT qualified. Driver leasing will definitely be the new buzz word of the transportation industry. We have been able to offer our clients a much needed solution, while maintaining a very reputable status.

Spearheaded by previous industry leaders with 25+ years of experience, FHMS is a full service driver management company. We focus on the driver to ensure that they are prepared to provide safe, professional, and reliable service each and every time they get behind the wheel of a vehicle. All of our drivers are over 25 years of age with a clean driving record and pass a rigorous training and evaluation course. All of our drivers are part of a network designed to offer tools, ongoing training, and services that can make them successful on the job and in life. We are creating a new industry standard with our professional drivers.

FHMS is very sensitive to DOT. For that reason we have hired a 3rd party consortium to maintain our dot files. All of our drivers are required to take pre-employment drug screening as well as having a full dot file established. Upon request, a full DOT file (as described by the FMCSR) can be downloaded and electronically sent.

Now more than ever drivers have become more sparse. Many have left the industry during the pandemic, and companies are struggling when it comes to recruiting, training, and managing drivers. In addition to our management ability, FHMS has solved the training problem through For Hire Professional driving institute (FHPDI). We invest heavily in training to ensure every driver we send is equipped to perform.

We exist to collaborate with businesses in the transportation industry. We don’t own vehicles for hire. We simply aide companies like yours to fully utilize the equipment you invested in to grow your business.
