Now think of a change you would like to see in society (e.g. safer drinking water, lower property taxes, removing seat belt mandates – this can be a serious cause or something lighter). What is the best approach for realizing this change in society? Do you litigate? Do you lobby to change a statute? Do you work with a regulatory agency?
