Choose a USA Federal Environmental Law to write about. Follow the formatting instructions in the Professor’s Guide to Writing. Your essay should be 3-5 pages in length and should use at least 5 in text citations with a reference section at the end.
In your essay give some background on the law (Why was it created? How has it changed over time?) and answer the following question: How can your chosen law be improved?
Consider your reasons for why it should be changed as you recommend and discuss the challenges to get a public and legislative consensus to change the law.
