You are required to write an essay analyzing a current legal issue impacting funeral service practice and provide a remedy for its resolution. This is not a case analysis. For this assignment you are asked to identify ONE legal issue that generally impact the overall practice of funeral service. State how that issue affects the industry. Then offer your best judgment for fixing the problem.
I must receive it via the SafeAssign link (simply click on the title “Writing Assignment: #2” to submit the assignment), by the end of this module. I will not accept this assignment if it is emailed to me!
Grading Criteria
The essay should be at least 4 pages in length, not to include a title page and reference page. You must include a separate title page and a separate page for your references. Your name, course and section number, and assignment title should be listed on the title page. Your paper should be double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman or Arial font, and one inch margins. I have attached the beginnings of my paper, use what you will of it.
Eight sources are not necessary, that is a typo. Use as many as you deem necessary but at least from the two sources I have attached.
