Collins (2001) differentiates between five levels of an organization’s performance (as cited in Manning & Curtis, 2021). In this discussion, you will apply these levels.
Provide two organizations typified by two different levels of the five leadership performance levels in Figure 19-3 in your reading. These organizations should be different from those in your text and from other colleagues’ postings.
Equate the performance level parameters with the level you assert that they typify and why.
