For this assignment you will consider how leaders and managers implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices within human services organizations. Leaders focus on more conceptual issues, such as the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic plans, while managers focus more on implementation on a day-to-day basis.

Compare how leaders with different leadership styles may view DEI practices for their organizations.
