Grace and Transformation Project
Our aim is to assist people who are seeking spiritual transformation and who have been found by Christ. Therefore, we need to discover the importance of our own identity as people (or leaders) who live in Christ.
Research what “God’s grace” typically means in your traditional faith. How does grace relate to salvation and new life in Christ? Now, consider Willard’s definition of grace: “Grace is actually God acting in your life to accomplish what you cannot accomplish on your own” (Gaultiere 2013). How does this understanding of grace impact your thinking on the role of God’s grace in our being transformed into His likeness? How do you plan to “get hold of God’s grace” in your Christian walk? In addition to answering these questions, how might Willard’s perspective on grace impact your current/potential constituents?
