Human nature can be described as many different things. To me, being human is simply just living life and accepting everything around you. Experiencing the ups and downs of life, considering every moment, and being alive to have the opportunity to breathe every day is to be human to me. When we use this definition of being human, then regardless of the timeline, humans have always been human. Although I didn’t live in that era, Ancient people still lived with the same emotions as us. Looking at the technical side of everything, it was very different because as we evolve as humans, we are becoming the most technical generation present. However, it states in the reading: “The Neolithic Revolution” that how we live today is a result of the technological advancements that were put into place back then. They did the same thing as us, but differently, so Ancient people can be categorized in both lights. It depends on which definition you use for “human.” Analyzing old works of art helps shape who we are as individuals. We learn from and are inspired by what has been done before, influencing how we think, feel, and see the world. The Ancient artworks have been a massive inspiration to everyone; they established the blueprint for all artists to take inspiration. Cave art was invented thousands of years ago and is still being incorporated today.
