Hx: 30 y/o male who, five years ago, sustained a head injury and was left with partial quadriplegia. Has a long-standing Hx of a nonhealing wound of the right trochanter. He returns for antibiotics and wound care. The plan is to excise the bone and close the wound with a well-vascularized flap.
