Subject: Project Progress Report: Relocation Project
Dear Mrs. Anderson,
I would like to thank you for your help as we are constructing our new building. As
the CEO/project manager, I would like to follow up. The status of our project in terms of the
schedule and the cost we set out earlier. As of today, we are currently on schedule and under
budget by 10%. This is good because we can use that money for something else if we
encounter any issues. We are presently at the exterior work activities, which require the roof,
doors, windows, and bricks. We are on track with completing the project portion in a timely
matter. Some things are sensitive, and we must ensure we achieve the critical.
So, at this point, it should cost around $15,000 to complete this part of the project.
Since the last report, we have had a problem: we had to wait an extra week for some building
parts to get delivered. We decided to bring in additional crew members (project stakeholders)
to fix the issue so we would stay caught up. It hasn't increased the cost but has helped the
production to stay on schedule. I have noted that you wanted special accommodation for your
desk and chair, and I have arranged that for you. We will try and identify any more issues
throughout this process and ensure that everything is in the way we all want it.
We have corrected any of the issues we have seen throughout the process and will
continue to do that to ensure that we have it completed in the way that would work for our
team. Let me know if there is anything I can clarify or if you would like any more
information about anything. I hope that this has met your expectations if not please let me

know and I would be happy to fix it.
Thanks,
Krista Cutler, CEO/Project Manager
