Rewrite: Ms Tyshika Wright is a 35 year old AAF who presents for a therapy session.She reports she has breathing issues and she went to Franklin square hospital.She is currently using albuterolinhalor.She reports CXR, CT scans and blood work were done.She reports she was diagnosed with fluid in her lungs due to heavy smoking.She reports she stopped smoking three days ago.In the clinic she was noted to be breathing heavily and using her inhaler.In this session we discussed strategies to mitigate her symptoms from getting worse including total absistence from smoking.Of note we have attempted smoking cessation but Ms. Wright was unsuccessful.
