You may complete your fishbone diagram by searching for an online template.
Your assignment should include the following:
Identification of a healthcare breach within the last 5 years (cite sources).
A fishbone diagram with a problem statement, at least four categories of causes, and at least two causes under each category.
A recommendation that addresses the organization’s networking, the most probable cause of the breach, any system/operational changes that should occur, and how they would be implemented. Cite sources supporting your recommendations.
