Select three leadership concepts that you consider to have the most fundamental and powerful impact on an organization.
Think about what you have learned, through study and experience, about each of the three concepts you have selected.
Write a chapter for each of the three concepts, suitable for inclusion in a handbook on leadership. Required components:
Head each of the chapters with a suitable title.
Use a relevant quote as a subtitle for each chapter.
Include important, pertinent, and practical information on the concept highlighted in each chapter, preferably in your own words. If you refer to any sources, remember to use proper citations.
For each chapter, list five action items that readers can put into effect to enhance their understanding and/or practice of the leadership concept.
