Overview
In this assignment, you will build on your prior analysis from the Week 7 assignment to recommend a strategic direction for each organization. You will justify your recommendation, explain how it would be implemented, and identify how its success would be measured.
Scenarios
Use the same three scenarios and the strategic alternatives you developed in the Week 7 assignment. Refer back to that assignment for the full scenario descriptions as needed.
Instructions
In a 6–8 page paper (approximately two pages per scenario), use your analysis from the Week 7 assignment to complete the following for each scenario:
Recommend a strategic alternative for the organization, including a comparison to other alternatives and justification for why it is the most appropriate choice given the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, external conditions, and key tradeoffs.
Explain how the selected strategy would be implemented, including key operational, financial, and human resource considerations, potential challenges, and how those challenges could be addressed.
Explain 2-3 key performance indicators that could be used to measure whether the selected strategy is successful, including what each indicator measures and how it reflects the success of the strategy.
Present analyses using logical organization and proper grammar and mechanics, including utilization of references and in-text citations in proper SWS format.
