Discussion: Reflecting on Your Research
Purpose:
By completing this activity, you will be able to reflect on your research progress and refine your topic and search strategies if necessary.
Task:
1.)
Take a moment to reflect on your research progress so far. What is your topic? Which keywords or phrases have you used to search for publications on it? What has been your experience with online resources and search engines so far (including the library search)? Which ones are you primarily relying on, and why? What kinds of sources have you been able to find? Are you finding the kinds of sources that you want, or are you struggling to find exactly what you want? What kinds of sources do you still need to find for your project?
