Literature Review:
Your first step should be to conduct a literature review to familiarize yourself with the most common Agile frameworks. Some frameworks to consider include:
Scrum
Kanban
Extreme Programming (XP)
Lean Agile
Feature-Driven Development (FDD)
Agile Unified Process (AUP)
Your literature review should include at least three (3) academic or industry sources, cited and referenced in APA format (double-spaced).
Once you have completed your literature review, summarize the main features, benefits, and limitations of each framework in a table format.
Personal Reflection:
After reviewing all the frameworks, discuss your initial thoughts and feelings about Agile as a methodology. Reflect on questions such as:
What aspects of Agile resonate with you the most?
How do you perceive the balance between structure and flexibility in Agile?
Have you had any past experiences with Agile? If so, how did they shape your understanding of Agile frameworks?
Comparative Analysis:
In the final section of your paper, choose three (3) Agile frameworks that you find particularly interesting and conduct a comparative analysis.
In your analysis, include the following:
A description of each framework and the context in which it is best utilized
Pros and cons of each framework
Real-world examples of successful implementation of each framework
Situations in which one framework would be preferred over the others
