Discuss the reasons that arbitrators might be wise to avoid over-reliance on power in trying to reach a settlement between two groups. How does participation in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and regimes such as the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) benefit states in terms of dispute resolution? Do all states benefit equally?
