· Review Prior Coursework: Reflect on the discussions, assignments, and materials covered throughout the course related to HR management, talent acquisition, employee & labor relations, total rewards, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and employee development programs.
· Identify Relevant Content: Identify key concepts, insights, and strategies discussed during this course that are relevant to creating an effective HR Workforce Plan proposal for the manufacturing company in our course scenario. Consider how these concepts can be applied to address the organization’s needs and objectives.
· Compile Portfolio Artifacts: Select artifacts from your coursework that demonstrate your understanding and application of HR management principles and practices.
