  • The reason or purpose of the presentation (e.g., a problem, challenge, or learning opportunity that needs to be addressed), along with the setting and audience.
  • Explain how 2-3 brain-based learning principles will be incorporated, and why they are appropriate for the intended audience (e.g., multi-sensory learning, spaced repetition, memory consolidation, real-world relevance).
  • A minimum of two strategies for learning that are designed based on concepts related to neuroscience, such as human attention, memory, and motivation. Justify how the strategies are appropriate for your setting and audience.
  • The anticipated changes or desired outcomes of your presentation.
  • At least one potential challenge of learning that may be encountered within the chosen professional setting, including suggested methods to overcome the challenge using a brain-based principle and/or strategy.
