- Prompt: After reading Chapters 5 and 6 in the Fiore text, identify and discuss the greatest obstacles for developing internal and external communication with stakeholders within your local school. Use data that exists as these conclusions are drawn (ex. response rate to communication tools used, attendance at PTO events, staff participation in volunteer tasks, etc.). Indicate how an administrator can overcome those obstacles and ensure that all stakeholders are reached with pertinent information, while fostering a supportive and inclusive school culture.
