Let’s explore Ethics

Oftentimes Ethical “Dilemmas” or Scenarios are re-created to help us better understand the choices we make every day and the options we have to make the “right choice”. This is especially true when talking about ethics in the workplace and with friendships and other social relationships.

This next CRASH COURSE video below provides tons of information on Ethics and Metaethics ( it is indeed a 9 minute crash course) . Just enjoy it and learn, don’t worry about notes- watching it twice is helpful. The take away here is that the branch of ethics within philosophical understanding is indeed complex with many layers and includes not just moral principles but our own personal beliefs and attitudes and ethical theories that have their own set of beliefs (!) which when we then bring all of this into the field and context of Environmental ethics- makes our ability to attempt the desired and needed environmental changes that much more difficult!
