Researching Gullah/Gee Chee Culture
You have been hired by the South Carolina tourism board to create an informational Google Slide about the Gullah / Gee Chee Culture. Students will research the Gullah/Geechee culture to understand the West African influences on the different aspects of our Culture regarding Visual Arts, Literature, Music, Drama, Design, Dance, and Food. Using the Internet research and gather information about the traditional Culture of Gullah Geechee. Students may wish to concentrate on one of the arts such as music, clothing, weaving, dance or music.
